These KPI metrics encompass critical aspects such as CPU utilization, request per second, average response time, among others. This proactive system ensures early notifications regarding performance degradation, preemptively alerting users before an actual issue arises.

• Setting:
  • Active Alert: Active alert window is similar to Alert History window. This window displays all the active alerts generated. The details displayed here are active id, severity, Ack, rule name, alert time, time ago,alert message, Subject , alert value and condition expression.
  • Alert History: Alert history is useful in obtaining insights into past-generated alerts. Alert history is also used to understand how severity of specific alerts may have changed over a period of time.
  • Alert Rules: Alert rule is the key element where the user defines the metric and associated threshold to generate an alert for a specific severity.
  • Alert Actions: These refer to the actions associated with an alert, which are executed on a certain trigger.
  • Alert Maintenance:Alert maintenance window configuration is required to disable alert generation at the time of maintenance period or a scheduled down-time.
• Import: Users can select an alertConfig file using the 'Choose' button, proceed with the upload by selecting 'Upload,' or cancel the process by clicking 'Cancel'.
• Export: By using this option, users can successfully export the alertConfig file to their local machine.
• Reset: The user can reset the alert configuration and load the updated alert settings.
• Update: The user can update configurations, facilitating the successful saving of these modifications into the database and ensuring their accessibility and integration within the system.
