Overview

In order to create a Microsoft Team App, we need to create a work space by using a mail id.

Extension Configuration

Integrate with Microsoft Teams (Setup)

• Choose channel name from the list of channels and then right click to choose the Connectors.

Notes: If you don't see an option after right-clicking on the channel, then you have to click on 'Apps' icon which is located at the bottom. You can also search Incoming Webhooks by clicking on the Search icon.

• Once you have selected the required configuration you want to apply, then you have to click on the Configure Configure button to apply the configuration.
• Once the configuration is applied, you have to provide a name to setup the incoming webhook on the Input box and then you have to click on the Create Create button to add the connector.
• Once the connector is added, you have to copy the Web Hook URL by clicking on the Copy button and then click on Done Done button.
• Once you have copied the Web Hook URL, you have to paste the copied URL in the Microsoft teams incoming webhook URL option in the Extension Configuration drop-down on the Alert Configuration window.
