Account test run usage report describes the total usage of the product including: the number of test runs, time of the test run, number of maximum virtual users. The test will run as per the type of license a user has.

Account Usage Report

The account usage report has the following fields which are described below:

• Client Name: shows the name of the client who is using the product.
• License balance :User can have one of the following license types according to which total purchased and remaining balance will be shown:
  1. Page views/min
  2. Transaction
  3. VUH
• Total balance: Shows the total balance according to the license model.
• Remaining balance: The remaining balance according to license model.
• Total Test Run: The total number of tests that have been runned.
• License Period: The start and end time for the license purchased. License can be purchased either: Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly. License period will be as per the server time zone.

Note: In the license period, when upto 15 days are left for renewing license, a message will show the remaining days left.

Test Run Filter

In test run filter, the user can filter out the test run data as per their requirement. There are the following fields:

• App Name: App name specifies the name of the application which is being tested.
• Test Duration: It is the duration of a test from its start time to it's end time. Duration can be selected from any one of the following:
  • <30 minutes
  • > 30 minutes
  • > 8 hours
• Controller IP: Controller IP is the host name without a domain name. E.g.: 10.10.10.10
• Time Period: Time period specifies the duration for which the user wants to see the test. Time period can be any of the following
  • Last 4 hours
  • Last 8 hours
  • Last 24 hours
  • This week
  • This month
  • This year
  • Last week
  • Last month
  • Last year
  • Custom
  • Billing Cycle
• Group by: Group by helps the user to filter out and see the test run results for the following option –
  1. Daily: show the test results on daily basis.
  2. Weekly: show the test results on weekly basis.
  3. Monthly: show the test results on monthly basis.
  4. Quaterly- shows the test results on quarterly basis.
  5. Yearly: show the test results on yearly basis.

Note: Once the user has selected all the fields, then the user needs to click on the Apply button in order to apply the filter.

Test Run (Count) In this field, it displays the count of the test run after filtering.

Column Search: A user can filter out data of a table from any specific column using Column Search button.

Refresh: This option is used to refresh the table.

There are the following fields which are list below:

• Week:Specifies the Start and End date of a particular week.
• Test Runs:Shows the test run number.
• Controller IP:Specifies the IP of the controller.
• Start Date and Time:Shows when the test has started.
• Test Duration:The total time or duration of the test.
• Max Vusers:The maximum number of virtual users running the test.
• Max Page Views/Min:Maximum number of pages a user can view per minute.
• Controller Hostname without Domain Name:Show the controller hostname without its domain name.
• Test Duration:The duration of a test from starting time to the ending time.
• End Date and Time: The time when the test has been completed.
• Status:Show the status of the test.
• Client:The name of the client is mentioned.
• Application:It is the name of the application.
• Message:The confirmation message of the test run.
• Consume VUH:The maximum consumed VUH balance.
• Scenario:It shows the name of the scenario from where the test has started.
• Test Owner:Specifies the name of the test owner.
• Test Stopped By:Mentions the user who has stopped a test.
• Max Vusers:The number of the maximum Vusers.
• Avg Vusers:Shows the average number of Vusers.
• Max Page Views/Min:Shows the maximum number of pages viewed per minute.
• Avg Page Views/Min:The average number of pages viewed per minute.
• Max Page Views/Sec:The maximum number of pages viewed per second.
• Avg Page Views/Sec:Specifies the average number of pages viewed per second.
• Total URL Hits:The total number of URL hits per second.
• Max TPS: The maximum number of transactions per second.
• Avg TPS:The average number of transactions per second.
• Total Transactions:: The total number of transactions per second.
• Total Page Views:Shows the total number of pages viewed.
• Number of Generators Used:Specifies the total number of generators used.
• Number of Generators Allocated:Shows the total number of generators allocated.
• Number of Generators Failed at starting of test:Shows the total number of generators that failed at the starting time of the test.
• Number of Generators failed during test:Shows the total number of generators that failed during the test.

Overall Summary

It will show the summarized report for required columns. User can also download the report and see the result.

Note: The data for all test run is fetched from the Central Repository. Here, the user can download the report only in Excel format.
