A feedback filter is a mechanism that processes incoming feedback and applies filtering process to extract relevant and valuable information by removing irrelevant content. A feedback filter is used to see the feedback given by the user.

General Filter

• Last: Specify time filters, such as last duration (such as 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 week, 1 day, 1 week, and so on).
• Custom: Specify the required Start At and End Atdate range.

 

Note: To apply the advanced filters, you have to first click on the Advanced Filter Advanced Filter button.

Advanced Filter

• Page: In this option, you need to select the page for which you want to apply the feedback filter.
• Name: In this option, you need to enter the name of the user for which you want to apply the feedback filter.
• Email: In this option, you have to enter the email address of the user for which you want to apply the feedback filter.
• Phone number: In this option, you have to enter the phone number for which you want to apply the feedback filter.
• Rating: In this option, you have to provide the rating for the feedback.
• Comments: In this option, you have to write the feedback which you want to give. In comments, you have two options: All and Any. ‘All’, uses ‘LIKE’ operator and “Any”, uses ‘~*’   

Note: Once you have filled all the fields, you have to click on the Apply  Apply button to apply the feedback. You can also reset the feedback filter by clicking on the Reset  Reset button.
