Page performance detail analytics can analyze the page performance across multiple metrics. You can drill to any session causing a spike in the dashboard from a single page. Through page performance detail, the root cause for the spike can also be known as it enables you to view all the details of the session.

Resource

The resource displays an aggregate view of the resource timing across all domains. This helps in identifying the page bottlenecks. Example: Image File (.png), Java Script file (.js), etc. In resource, you can see the following details which are listed below:

• Name: This refers to the name of the resource for the domain.
• Domain: This refers to a unique name that identifies a website or an online resource. It is a part of the URL which is used to access the website and resource on the internet.
• Count: This refers the count of the total number of the URL’s that have been hit.
• Avg Duration (ms): This refers to the average duration of any particular activity, event or process in milliseconds.
• Avg Wait (ms): This refers to the average waiting time experienced by a user or a system during a specific process or operation.
• Avg Download (ms): This refers to the average duration from the start of the download request until the completion of the download process.
• Avg Redirection (ms): This refers to the average time taken by a web page or resource to be redirected to a different URL.
• Avg DNS (ms): This refers to the average duration from the start of the DNS resolution process until the IP address is obtained.
• Avg Correction (ms): This refers to the average duration from the detection of an issue to its resolution.

Note: Resource table only shows data while selecting only single page, Multi page section in the Page performance detail filter will not reflect any data on the UI.

Resource Trend

In resource trend, you can see the highest duration for a particular resource due to which the corresponding domain took a long time to respond to the user. This data will help you to analyze the resource trend to identify the reasons for the high duration time for a particular domain. To view the details of any instance, hover your mouse over it and then you have to click on the Resource Trend Button. Once you click on the resource trend icon, the resource trend window will open where you can see the trend graph by selecting the time period and then clicking on the Go Go button. There are two types of trends data shown i.e. count and duration, and you can also hide/unhide the count and duration by clicking them.

Domain Trend

In domain trend tab, you can view the domain timing over time in the Page Performance Details window. You can apply time filters and download this chart too. To view the details of any instance, hover your mouse over it and then you have to click on the Domain Trend Button. Once you click on the domain trend icon, the domain trend window will open where you can see the trend graph by selecting the time period and then clicking on the Go Go button. There are also two types of trends data shown i.e. count and duration, and you can also hide/unhide the count and duration by clicking them.

Notes:

• In Resource Trend and Domain Trend, There is an option for viewing the Domain Trend for All and Resource Trend for All while selecting the Multi/All rows in the resource table. It shows the data in different legends on the graph. You can also show/hide the data by clicking on the respective legends for the graph.
• Search Filter: In Resource table , you can also search the data by providing the name, domain, count, etc on the Search
• Download: This option enables you to download the page performance detail report in your local. To download the report, you have to click on the Download icon. There are following 3 formats in which you can download the report which are listed below:

1. CSV
2. EXCEL
3. PDF

• Toggle Column: This option is used to Show/Hide the columns in the table.
• Column Filter: You can perform search operation to the column by clicking on the Column Filter button in the table. You can search a column by name, value etc.

Content Type by Request Count

In content type by request count you can see the following fields which are listed below:

• Content Type: This refers to the information in Pie or Tabular chart form about the type of content accessed by the user, such as: image, script, documents, stylesheets and others.
• Count: This refers to the total request count.
• Count Percentage: This refers to the count percentage.
• Duration (ms): This refers to the total duration in milliseconds.

Chart Context Menu

In chart context menu, you can perform the following operations which are listed below:

• View in Full Screen: This option is used to see the graph in full screen mode.
• Print Chart: This option is used to print the chart context.
• Download PNG Image: This option is used to download the chart context in PNG
• Download JPEG Image: This option is used to download the chart context in JPEG
• Download PDF Document: This option is used to download the chart context in PDF format.
• Download SVG Vector Image: This option is used to download the chart context in SVG

Global Action Items

There are following global action item filters which are listed below:

• In the Page Performance Detail window, you can also navigate to the page performance overview by clicking on the Page Performance Overview Page Performance Overview button.
• Compare On: In compare on, there are two options one is for time comparison, and another is for user segment comparison.
• Compare OFF: In compare off, you can disable the compare mode. To disable the compare, you have to click on the Compare OFF Compare OFF button.
• You can also reset the applied settings by clicking on the Reset filter icon.
