Path Analytics

The navigation route analysis is concerned with assessing various user flows on a website. Each navigation route is a collection of web pages that define a visitor or a task. It contains the actions you can take to achieve the job whether visiting a website or engaging in another UX procedure. The "Top Path" is the most popular navigation path, which is the sequence of pages that the visitor sees. Path analytics assists in understanding the divergence from predicted navigation to actual navigation that occurs on the website.

User Flow Report

The user flow report provides a refreshing take on the conventional click path report by showcasing visitor’s movement between nodes instead of page-to-page clicks. It offers the flexibility to the segment website traffic based on different data dimensions. In the user flow report, Blue connections indicates the number of visits moving between nodes, while Red connections indicates drop-offs from specific nodes. You can also visually analyze website traffic using various dimensions such as: OS, Browser, Location, Device and Referrer.

Dimension

In dimension, you can easily segment traffic through a site based on various dimensions of data. The connection in Blue represents the number of visits that move between the nodes. Connection in Red represents the drop-off from a particular node. By using this interface, you can identify where people came from, follow them to various pages and evaluate the bounce rate and then see what they look at after the landing page. Dimension also helps to identify how many users have exit through the index page and how many go further to the next page.
