The Alert Maintenance feature allows users to suppress alert notifications for a specified period by creating maintenance windows. These windows are helpful during planned activities like system upgrades, testing, or scheduled downtime. Suppressing alerts during such times ensures that alert history and ensures alert noise is minimized

To access this feature:

• This option is accessible via Alert > Alert Settings > Alert Maintenance.
• Click on "Alert Maintenance" to open the maintenance configuration window.

Alert Maintenance Summary

This is the default view displaying a structured list of all configured maintenance windows.

• Status: Indicates whether the maintenance is enabled or disabled. This is controlled using a toggle button to switch On or Off.
• Type: Shows whether the schedule is a one-time or recurring entry.
• Schedule: Displays the timing and frequency of the window.
• Target: The selected component for which the maintenance is applied.
• Description: A short user-defined note about the purpose of the maintenance.
• Next Run: The upcoming execution time (for recurring schedules).
• Expiry Time: The time when the maintenance window ends.
• Actions: Located on the right side of each row, allowing users to edit or delete the selected maintenance configuration.

Users can perform several operations over the summary table:

• Search: Filter entries using keywords.
• Create: Add a new maintenance schedule.
• Delete: Remove the selected maintenance entries.
• Refresh: Reload the table data to reflect the latest changes.
• Toggle: Enable or disable the selected maintenance entries.
• Setting: The Settings menu includes the following options: Active Alert, Alert History, Alert Configuration, Alert Rules, and Alert Actions.
• Download: Download the list in Word, PDF, Excel, or CSV formats.
• Toggle Columns: Show or hide specific columns for a customized view.
• Column Filter: Apply filters to individual columns for refined data viewing.
