HTTP reports refers to the logs, records or documentation generated by web servers and applications that details the interaction and transactions that occur over the HTTP protocol. HTTP reports displays details such as: http information, request header, response headers, custom data, session data and condition data. In http report, you have the following options:

HTTP Information

The http information refers to the various details, components, and aspects associated with the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), which is a protocol used for communication between a web browser and a web server. In the HTTP information window, you can see the following information:

Request Headers

The request header provides details of the request header which is an HTTP header that can be used in an HTTP request to provide information about the request context so that the server can tailor the response. In the request header, you can see the following information:

Request Body

A request body refers to the data or information that is included in the body of an HTTP request when communicating with a Server or an API. The request body displays the setup details of the request. To see the request body, you have to click on the Show More link. Once you click, the request body dialog box will appear where you can see the request body details.

Response Header

The response header refers to the metadata or information included at the beginning of an HTTP response sent by a server to a client in response to a request. The response header shows the configuration of the response header. In response header, you can see the following information:

Response Body

The response body pertains to the actual content within the body of an HTTP response. This content is transmitted by a server to a client in reply to a request made by the client. The response body shows the response body configuration. In the response body, the content depends on the nature of the request and the application’s behavior. It can include requested data, error messages, or any other relevant information. In the response body, you can see the following information:

Note: To see the response body, you have to click on the Show More link. Once you click, the response body dialog box will appear where you can see the response body details.

Custom Data

The custom data provides details about the custom HTTP headers where some endpoints deploy to filter data returned by the request if they are used. It shows the custom data and the configuration value. In custom data, you can see the following information:

Session Data

The session data provides details about the HTTP session which allows web servers to maintain sessions for multiple requests/responses between clients and web applications. It shows the session data and the corresponding configuration value. In session data, you can see the following information:

Condition Data

The condition data provides details of conditional headers that try to check if the resource stored on the server matches a specific version if they are used. In the condition data, you can see the following information:
