A feedback filter is a mechanism that processes incoming feedback and applies a filtering process to extract relevant and valuable information by removing irrelevant content. A feedback filter is used to see the feedback given by the user.

Feedback Page

In the feedback page you can see the following details in the columns which are listed below:

• Feedback Start Time: This is the point of time when a feedback analysis process begins.
• Contact Number: A contact number is a telephone number used for establishing the communication. This is the contact number of the person who provided the feedback.
• Page Name: A page name refers to the name given to a specific webpage within a website or web applications. This is the name of the page for which the feedback is being provided.
• Name: A name is used for identifying a person, place etc. This is the name of the person who has provided the feedback.
• Email ID: An email id is a unique identifier used for sending and receiving electronic message over the internet. This is the mail id of the person who has provided the feedback.
• Comments: Comments refers to the textual orwritten opinion provided by the users in response to the product or services. This is the comment which has been provided in the feedback, if any.
• Rating: A rating refers to a numerical or symbolical score that a user or customer assigns to a product, services, experiences etc, to indicate their level of satisfaction. This is the rating which has been provided in the feedback for the session.

Note: In the Feedback Filter window, you can also perform the following operations which are listed below:

• Search Filter: This will filter out the data as provided in the search box. To filter out the searched data , enter the necessary criteria in the Search box.
• Download: This option enables you to download the feedback report in your local. To download the report, you have to click on the Download icon. There are following 2 formats in which you can download the report which are listed below:
  1. CSV
  2. Excel
• Toggle Column: You can Show/Hidea column by clicking on the Toggle Column   button in the table. You can also search the column by providing the name into the search   box, and also you can check/uncheck all the column name together at once by checking the top check  box.
• Column Filter: You can perform search operation column wise  by clicking on the Column Filter button.
• Reset Filters: This option is used to revert the applied filters back to their default settings.
• By selecting a row, you can see the Session pop-up. On clicking the session pop-up, you can navigate to the Session Details Window were you can see the following information such as: Session Details, Pages and Custom Metrics.
• By selecting a row, you can see the feedback page dump. To close the page dump, click on the Close Page Dump icon.
