Users can create custom scenarios and manually replay scripts. Custom scenario creation allows users to tailor testing parameters, while manual script replay enables the import and simulation of scripts for controlled testing.

Create a new scenario

The scenario will be created under the selected project and subproject with auto-generated scenario name in the format Scenario_<Month><DD>_<HHMMSS>, example Scenario_May_03_0257917. Auto generator scenario  name  be changed at the time of saving. Project /Subproject are used to hold scenarios, akin to folder/Sub folders and can be managed on Project Administration Screen.

Design Script Manually

In this scenario type, Script design is manually done using interactive UI to compose HTTP requests with different methods. To access this, click the start icon . The following page opens once you click the icon.

• Script Configuration
  • Script Language: In the script configuration, users can choose a programming language such as C, Java, or JavaScript. Additionally, there is a checkbox where users can select a default language.
  • Allow Multiple flow: In the script configuration, users have the option to select either "Yes" or "No" for multiple flows.

Import Scripts

In Import scripts, users can import an existing API script or select an already created script from the current workspace or import postman scripts.

Replay Access Logs

A Replay Access Log scenario enables you to analyze customer logs and simulate the real-time network scenario. You can also customize various settings to test different scenarios.
