1-Run the below  command with root privilleged where all the docker related packages are present
  
   rpm -Uvh --nosignature --nodeps $(find . -type f -name "*.rpm")
2-   systemctl daemon-reload

3-   systemctl enable docker.service

4 -  systemctl start docker.service
