You can specify what actions to be taken when an event is generated. You can perform any operations at a single point of time.

• Actions: To execute an action when an event is generated. You can select predefined actions (for example - Take ThreadDump, Take Heap Dump, Send Email) from the list or create a new action.
• Send Notification to: To send the event notification to a particular email ID(s). Specify the email IDs in comma separated format.
• Forward Alert to: To send the event notification to an extension, such as Big Panda, BMC Remedy, Cisco Spark, Microsoft Kaizala, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Service Now, Slack, and Other Cavisson Product.
