The location shows the following details: Name, Region, Status, and Vendor.

• Name : This field shows the names of the locations for which the generator can be located.
• Region : This field shows the name of the region in which the generator is situated.
• Status : This field contains the account's current status such as: Available or Not Available.
• Vendor : This field contains the name of the service provider whose generator is being used.

Adding a Location

To add a location, click on the Add button. Once you click on add button, Add Location window will be displayed. In the Add Location window, you have to provide the following details which are listed below:

• Name : In this field, it will display the name of the location.
• Region : In this field, it will display the region in which you want to locate the generator. You can select from the drop-down below.
• Status : In this field, it will display the status for the generator i.e. Available or Not Available.
• Vendor : In this field, it will display the vendor's name.

Notes

• All the above mentioned fields are mandatory.
• Once you have filled up all the fields, click on the Add Add button to add the region to the add location table. You can also click on the Cancel Cancel button to close the window.
• You can also perform the following operations on the Account Table which are listed below:
  1. Refresh : By clicking on this option, you can refresh the region table. To perform the refresh operation, click on the Refresh button.
  2. Search : By clicking on this option, you can apply the search and filter the region table by either: Name, Sub-Region, Vendor, and Zone. To perform the search operation, click on the Search Input.
  3. Delete : By clicking on this option, you can delete any region or generator. To delete a generator, click on the checkbox corresponding to the generator name and click on the Delete Delete button.
  4. Update : By clicking this option, you can update the account details. To update the details, click on the Update Update button.
• You can also perform the following operations once you have added a generator which is listed below:
  • Make Available : On clicking this option, the selected generator will be available for use.
  • Make Unavailable : On clicking this option, the selected generator will be unavailable for use.
  • Import : On clicking this option, you can choose to upload a file from your local. The format of the file should be comma separated.

Notes :

• Once you click on the Import Import button, the import dialog box will appear.
• In the import dialog box, click on the Choose Choose button to select the file you want to import. Once you have selected the file you want to import, click on the Save Save button to save the file. If you don't want to import the file, then click on the Cancel Cancel button.
  1. Export : On clicking this option, you can download the generator information in CSV format.
  2. Delete : On clicking this option, a confirmation dialog box will appear

Note : Click on the Delete button to delete the added location. Once you click on the delete button, the location name will be deleted from the location list. If you don't want to delete the location name, then click on the Cancel button.
