Efficient database monitoring contributes to the smooth and dependable operation of applications relying on SQL servers. In the database window, you can see the following details related to the database which are listed below:

• DB Name: This refers to a unique and a user-defined name that identifies a specific database within a database management system (DBMS). It is used for distinguishing one database from another within a database management system (DBMS).
• File Type: This refers to the various types of files used within the database management system (DBMS), logs, configuration and other essential information, such as: Logs, Rows.
• File State: This refers to the current operational condition or status of a database file, specifically data files and log files. A file state is crucial for maintaining the availability and reliability of a database.
• Total File Size: This refers to the cumulative size of all data files and logs files associated with a specific database. It is a critical aspect of database administration and capacity planning.
• Used File Size: This refers to the amount of space within a database file that is currently occupied by data, indexes or transaction log records.
• Available File Size: This refres to the amount of unallocated space within a specific database file, whether it is a data file or a log file.

• Growth: This refers to the increase in the size or capacity of the database and its components over time.

• Search: You can perform search operation in the table by providing the query values in the Search in table column icon.
• Download : On clicking this icon, it will download the Database report in the Excel file format in your local.
• Toggle Columns : On clicking this icon, you will be able to show or hide a column from the Database report window.
• Toggle Filter : On clicking this icon, you can apply search operation on columns in the Database report window.
• You can also see the applied time filter on the right side of the window.
• You can also show/hide the database table report by clicking on the Show/Hide icon.
• You can also see the used file size (%) as well as total file size (MB) of the database in the graphical format.
• There are following color codes which are listed below:
  1. Free MB: This shows the total amount of available memory in a file in MB.
  2. Used MB: This shows the total amount of used memory in a file in MB.
