The Extension Configuration module allows users to integrate third-party collaboration and service management platforms for seamless communication and automation. It supports the following integrations:

Microsoft Teams: Configure webhooks to send automated notifications to Teams channels based on specific events.

Global Action Items

Across all the Technology Global Action Items will be the same.

• Search: Users can search through this button by giving a keyword.
• Delete: Allows users to remove selected records from the table.
• Column Filter: Users can apply filters to each column for searching & filtering data.
• Manage Column: In the "Manage" column, users can choose to show/hide a column and arrange the order according to their need.
• Download: Used to download the tabular data in a chosen format of either Word, PDF, Excel, and/or CSV.

Furthermore, one can perform additional below actions by clicking on the icon against each column:

• Move column left: Users can move the column to left.
• Move column right: Users can move the column to right.
• Insert to left: Users can add a column to the left by selecting a column name from the dropdown list.
• Replace column: Users can replace a column with another column from the dropdown list.

Microsoft Team

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform that integrates chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and workflow automation. It enables teams to communicate in real time, manage projects, and integrate with various Microsoft 365 apps. With features like channels, webhooks, and customizable notifications, Teams enhances productivity and streamlines teamwork in both remote and in-office environments.

Microsoft Team Details

The Microsoft Teams Details section displays configurations related to Teams integrations. It includes the following fields:

• Name: Displays the name of the Microsoft Team integration .
• Webhook URL: The URL used to send automated messages and notifications to the respective platform. To get the Webhook URL, go to Microsoft Teams → Select the desired Channel → Click on More options (⋯) next to the channel name → Choose Manage channel → In the settings, find and select Connectors under the Integrations section → Click Edit, then search for Incoming Webhook → Configure and copy the Webhook URL.
• Events: Lists the specific triggers or actions that will initiate notifications. For e.g: Notifications are triggered for various events, including scenario execution, test suites, scheduler operations, synthetic monitoring, and business hours tracking. Additionally, periodic usage reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) provide insights into system activity.
• Action: It has options to edit and delete the configured integration.
  • Edit: User can edit the team name, webhook URL, events, and test the webhook before updating.
  • Delete: User can delete the Microsoft Teams configuration, which will permanently remove its customizations from all events.

Add Teams

The Add Teams form allows users to configure a Microsoft Teams webhook for automated notifications. Below are the field descriptions and actions:

• Name: Users need to specify a name for the Team's integration.
• Webhook URL: Users need to Paste the webhook URL generated from Microsoft Teams. Click Test to verify the connection.
• Events: Users have to select one or more events that will trigger notifications in Teams.
• Add Button: Users need to  Click Add to save the integration.
