The Extension Configuration module allows users to integrate third-party collaboration and service management platforms for seamless communication and automation. It supports the following integrations:

Slack: Set up Slack webhooks to receive real-time updates and alerts within Slack channels.

Global Action Items

Across all the Technology Global Action Items will be the same.

• Search: Users can search through this button by giving a keyword.
• Delete: Allows users to remove selected records from the table.
• Column Filter: Users can apply filters to each column for searching & filtering data.
• Manage Column: In the "Manage" column, users can choose to show/hide a column and arrange the order according to their need.
• Download: Used to download the tabular data in a chosen format of either Word, PDF, Excel, and/or CSV.

Furthermore, one can perform additional below actions by clicking on the icon against each column:

• Move column left: Users can move the column to left.
• Move column right: Users can move the column to right.
• Insert to left: Users can add a column to the left by selecting a column name from the dropdown list.
• Replace column: Users can replace a column with another column from the dropdown list.

Slack

Slack is a messaging platform designed for team collaboration, offering real-time chat, file sharing, and integration with various third-party applications. It enables teams to streamline communication, automate workflows, and receive instant notifications. With features like channels, webhooks, and customizable alerts, Slack enhances team productivity and coordination.

Slack Details

The Slack Details section displays configurations related to Slack integrations. It includes the following fields:

• Name: Displays the name of the Slack integration.
• Webhook URL: The URL used to send automated messages and notifications to a Slack channel.To get the Webhook URL, go to Slack → Click on Apps → Search for Incoming Webhooks → Click Add to Slack → Select a channel → Click Install and copy the Webhook URL.
• Events: Lists the specific triggers or actions that will initiate notifications in Slack. E.g: Notifications cover a range of system events, including scenario execution, test suites, scheduler operations, monitoring, and business hours tracking. Regular usage reports also provide insights into system activity.
• Action: Provides options to manage, edit, or delete the configured integration.
  • Edit: Users can edit the Slack name, webhook URL, events, and test the webhook before updating.
  • Delete: User can confirm the deletion of the Slack configuration, which will permanently remove its customizations from all events.

Add Slack

The Add Slack form allows users to configure a Slack webhook for automated notifications. Below are the field descriptions and actions:

• Name: Users need to specify a name for the Slack integration.
• Webhook URL: Users need to paste the webhook URL generated from Slack.
• Events: Users have to select one or more events that will trigger notifications in Slack.
• Add Button: Users need to click Add to save the integration.
