The Extension Configuration module allows users to integrate third-party collaboration and service management platforms for seamless communication and automation. It supports the following integrations:

Webex Teams: Configure Webex integrations to receive notifications and automate workflows within Webex spaces.

Global Action Items

Across all the Technology Global Action Items will be the same.

• Search: Users can search through this button by giving a keyword.
• Delete: Allows users to remove selected records from the table.
• Column Filter: Users can apply filters to each column for searching & filtering data.
• Manage Column: In the "Manage" column, users can choose to show/hide a column and arrange the order according to their need.
• Download: Used to download the tabular data in a chosen format of either Word, PDF, Excel, and/or CSV.

Furthermore, one can perform additional below actions by clicking on the icon against each column:

• Move column left: Users can move the column to left.
• Move column right: Users can move the column to right.
• Insert to left: Users can add a column to the left by selecting a column name from the dropdown list.
• Replace column: Users can replace a column with another column from the dropdown list.

Webex Teams

Webex Teams is a collaboration and messaging platform that enables real-time communication, file sharing, and workflow automation. It supports integrations with various applications, allowing teams to receive automated notifications and alerts based on predefined events.

Webex Teams Details

The Webex Teams Details section displays configurations related to Webex integrations. It includes the following fields:

• Name: Displays the name of the Webex Teams integration.
• Webhook URL: The URL used to send automated messages and notifications to Webex Teams. To get the Webhook URL, go to Webex Developer Portal → Navigate to Webhooks → Click Create Webhook → Configure the webhook details and events → Copy the generated Webhook URL
• Events: Lists specific triggers or actions that will initiate notifications.
  • Example: Notifications can be triggered for alerts, synthetic monitoring downtimes, or IT service events.
• Action:Provides options to edit or delete the configured integration.
  • Edit: Users can modify the Webex Team's name, webhook URL, and selected events, and test the webhook before updating.
  • Delete: Removes the Webex Teams configuration permanently from all events.

Add Webex Teams

The Add Webex Teams form allows users to configure a Webex Teams webhook for automated notifications. Below are the field descriptions and actions:

• Name: Specify a name for the Webex Teams integration.
• Webhook URL: Paste the Webhook URL generated from Webex Teams. Click Test to verify the connection.
• Events: Select one or more events that will trigger notifications in Webex Teams.
• Add Button: Click Add to save the integration.
