Overview

The Test Suites page provides a centralized view of all created test suites. It enables users to efficiently organize, manage, and track collections of related tests. From this page, users can create new test suites, modify existing ones, execute suites, compare versions, download suite details, and perform version control-related activities using both global and row-level actions.

Each test is displayed in a tabular format with essential details such as testsuite name and Last Modified, enabling quick access and management.

Global Action Icons

The Global Action Icons are available at the top of the page and allow users to perform actions across test suites.

• Search: A global action on the Test Suites page that allows users to quickly find test suites using Test Suite Name, helping narrow down results in large lists.
• Create Test Suite: Clicking the plus (+) icon opens the Create Test Suite dialog, where users can select the Project and Sub-Project and create a new test suite by clicking Add.
• Column Filter: Enables users to filter the data displayed in table columns based on selected criteria, helping focus on relevant test suite information.
• Manage Columns: Allows users to show or hide columns and reorder them in the table to customize the Test Suite view as per their preference.
• Download: Allows users to download the Test Suite table data in multiple formats such as Word, PDF, Excel, and CSV for offline access and reporting.
• Sorting: Allows users to sort column values alphabetically (for text) or numerically (for numbers) to analyze data efficiently.
• Move Column Left/Right: Moves the selected column one position to the left or right within the table.

Test Suite Table

The Tests Suite table displays detailed information for each Suite. Each row represents a single test.

• Name: Displays the name of the test suites.
• Last Modified: Indicates the date and time when the test suite was last modified.
• Action Option
  • Play Button: Allows users to start the selected test suite.
  • Three Dots (Kebab Menu): Provides additional actions for the selected test suites.
    • Version Commit: Saves a new version of the test suites configuration.
    • Version Logs: Displays the version change history of the test suites.
    • Delete: Deletes the selected test suites from the list.
• Open / Edit option: Clicking the test suite name opens it in edit mode, where users can configure and update the selected test suite as per their requirements.

Pagination

Pagination is available at the bottom of the page and enables navigation across multiple test records and control over the number of entries displayed per page.
