Custom Metrics are used for capturing custom related data like: Number (Int and Double), String, JSON etc. Here we can see the Trend Graph and Report for the String type custom metrics. String type custom metrics will have following report which are listed below:

Top n Keywords

This report shows top n keywords for a custom metric in a given time period. The report can be seen in a Graphical and a Tabular format. The top n keywords consist of following two fields which are listed below:

• Keyword: This shows the list of top n keywords. By default, the list displays the Top 10
• Count: This shows the total number of count of the keyword.

Trend for n Keywords

This report shows the trend of the top n keyword for a custom metric in a given time period. Here, ‘n’ is configurable.

Correlation for n Keywords

This report allows to see correlation of a keyword from other metrics like: Session, Page Views, Order Total, Order Count, and Conversion Rate.

Note: You will give input for the following listed below:

• Keyword - [select box with top n keyword as option]
• You should be able to disable (uncheck) the legend from a given chart.

Global Action Items

Chart Context Menu

In chart context menu, you can perform the following operations which are listed below:

• View in Full Screen: This option is used to view the chart context in full screen.
• Print Chart: This option is used to print the chart context.
• Download PNG Image: This option is used to download the chart context in PNG
• Download JPEG Image: This option is used to download the chart context in JPEG
• Download PDF Document: This option is used to download the chart context in PDF format.
• Download SVG Vector Image: This option is used to download the chart context in SVG

Custom Metric Filter

In the custom metric filter, you can apply the following filters which are listed below:

• Last: You can specify the time filters such as: Last Duration (such as 15 minutes, 1 hour, 1 week, 1 day, 1 week, and so on).
• Custom: You have to specify the required Start At and End At date and time range.
• Channel: A channel is the medium through which you can access the site. You can select the Desktop option here from the provided drop-down.
• Custom Metric: You can select the required custom metric for applying the custom metric filter from the given drop-down.
• Bucket Size: You can select the required bucket size from the given drop-down such as: 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours and 24 hours

Note: Once you have selected all the fields, you have to click on Apply Apply button to apply the filter. You can also reset the settings by clicking on the Reset Resetbutton.
