The funnel page allows you to create a business process filter and compare business processes that help you to analyze your website’s user behavior. Funnel helps you to visualize the various stages of the customer’s journey. Through the business process funnel, you can track and map user’s actions at each point of the funnel, which helps to identify issues with the business and take corrective actions to help your business grow. In funnel, the left section consists of the stage of the business process that is defined while creating a business process and the right section shows the detail of the stages.

Stages of Business Process

In the business process, you can see the information regarding the business flow to increase the productivity of the product. In stages of business process, you can analyze the total number of users who has visited the page for that particular duration such as: Login, Logout etc. You can also analyze the user flow in the business process. In business process, you can see the pages which you have created while describing the business process.

You can see the percentage and count of how many users have entered and exited from a particular page which is denoted by color coding as mentioned below:

You can further examine the specific Page Data for the business process in a visual format displayed in the corresponding right-hand side of the Funnel Page Detail window.

Funnel Conversion Rate

The term "funnel conversion rate" refers to the percentage of people who move through different stages of a conversion funnel and complete a desired action, such as: making a purchase, signing up for a service, or filling out a form. Conversion rates are used to measure the effectiveness of a process in guiding users from the initial stage of interest to the final stage of conversion. The funnel conversion rate can be calculated by the below given formula:

Funnel Conversion Rate: (Total Converted Sessions / Total entrance user from entry pages) * 100

Funnel Compare Window

In funnel compare window, the same business process is compared at different times. To apply comparison, click on Add To Compare  button. For example, you can compare funnels on the basis of particular time, segments or channel.

In the funnel page detail window, you can view data for the entry page name with its associated count, the exit page name with its respective count, and the event icon along with its count, all presented in a tabular format. You can also perform drill-down to session window, by hovering over the Session with BP Exit Page. You can see the following details in a tabular format which are listed below:

Enable Business Data Analyzer

In business data analyzer, you can analyze the whole business process data, through enabling the business process data analyzer. On increasing the percentage value of the percentage bar for a page, the value will also be changed as per the percentage. On increasing the percentage, the values of conversion rate, converted session and revenue value will also be changed. The enable business data analyzer provides the following information which are listed below:
