Account test run usage report is a report which describes the total usage of the product including: the number of test runs, time of the test run, number of maximum virtual users. The test will run as per the type of license a user has.

Account Usage Report

The account usage report has the following fields which are described below:

• Client Name: In client name, it will show the name of the client who is using the product.
• License balance: User can have one of the below license types according to which total purchased and remaining license will be shown:
  1. Page views/min
  2. Transaction
  3. VUH
  4. Unlimited
• Total balance: This will show the total balance according to license model.
• Remaining balance: This will show the remaining balance according to license model.
• Total Test Run: This will show the total number of tests which are have being runned.
• License Period: This will show the start and end time for the license purchased. License can be purchased either: Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly. License period will be according to the server time zone.

Note:In the license period, it will also show the expiry of the license in days.

Test Run Filter

In test run filter, the user can filter out the test run data as per their requirement. There are the following fields which are mentioned below:

• App Name: App name specifies the name of the application which is being tested.
• Test Duration: It is the time duration of a test from its start time to end time.
• Controller IP: Controller IP is the host name without a domain name. E.g.: nspoc3.com.
• Time Period: Time period specifies the time duration for which the user wants to see the test.
• Group by: Group by helps the user to filter out and see the test run results for the following option –
  1. Daily: It will show the test results on daily basis.
  2. Weekly: It will show the test results on weekly basis.
  3. Monthly: It will show the test results on monthly basis.
  4. Yearly: It will show the test results on yearly basis.
  5. Billing Cycle: It will show the test results on the billing cycle basis.

Note: Once the user has selected all the fields, the user needs to click on the Apply button in order to apply the filter.

Test Run (Count) In this field, it displays the count of the test run after filtered.

Column Search: A user can filter out data from table by any specific column using Column Search button.

Refresh: This option is used to refresh the table.

There are the following fields which are list below:

• Week: It shows the Start date and End date of the specific week.
• Test Runs: It shows the test run number.
• Controller IP: It shows the IP of the controller.
• Start Date and Time: It shows the time at which the test has being started.
• Test Duration: It shows the total time or duration of the test.
• Max Vusers: It shows the maximum virtual users which are running the test.
• Max Vusers Hours: It shows the maximum time (hours) a user runs the test.
• Max Page Views/Min: It shows the maximum number of page a user views per minute.
• Controller Hostname without Domain Name: It will show the controller hostname its domain name.
• Test Duration: It is the time duration of a test from its start time to end time.
• End Date and Time: It shows the time at which the test has being completed.
• Status: It will show the status of the test.
• Client: It shows the name of the client.
• Application: It shows the name of the application.
• Message: It will show the confirmation message of the test run.
• Consume VUH: It shows the maximum consumed VUH balance.
• Test: It shows the name of the test from where the test has started.
• Test Owner: It shows the name for the test owner.
• Test Stopped By: It shows the user name who has stopped a test.
• Max Vusers: It will show the number of the maximum Vusers.
• Avg Vusers: It will show the average Vusers.
• Max Page Views/Min: It will show the maximum pages viewed in 1 minute.
• Avg Page Views/Min: It will show the average pages viewed in 1 minute.
• Max Page Views/Sec: It will show the maximum pages viewed in 1 second.
• Avg Page Views/Sec: It will show the average pages viewed in 1 second.
• Total URL Hits: It will show the total number of URL hits in 1 second.
• Max TPS: It shows the maximum number of transaction in 1 second.
• Avg TPS: It shows the average number of transaction in 1 second.
• Total Transactions: It shows the total number of transactions in 1 second.
• Max Vusers Hours: It will show the maximum number of Vusers in 1 hour.
• Avg Vusers Hours: It will show the maximum number of Vusers in 1 hour.
• Total Page Views: It will show the total number of page viewed.
• Number of Generators Used: It will show the total number of generators used.
• Number of Generators Allocated: It will show the total number of generators allocated.
• Number of Generators Failed at starting of test: It will show the total number of generators which were failed at the starting time of the test.
• Number of Generators failed during test: It will show the total number of generators which are failed during the test.

Note: A user can perform the following two options in the test run table:

It will show the summarized report for all the columns. User can also download the report and can see the result.

Note: The data fetched for all test run is fetched from the Central Repository. Here, the user can download the report only in Excel format.
